We collaborate with leading delivery services in Europe to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your order. Our primary delivery partner is GLS. The delivery cost within the Czech Republic starts from 94 Czech crowns. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your region, but typically range from 3 to 7 business days.

Typically, international shipments beyond Europe, to countries such as the USA and Canada, are dispatched using the international delivery service UPS. You can review the company's rates here

Delivery in the city of Prague

For our customers in Prague, we provide delivery directly to the specified address. The delivery cost is free. After placing an order, our manager contacts each customer to confirm delivery details. Personal pickup

Our self-pickup service provides you with a convenient and fast way to receive your order. Here are the details of this delivery option:

  • You can place your order online and choose the self-pickup option during the checkout process.
  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with the specified time and address for self-pickup.
  • Upon arriving at our warehouse at the designated time, you can collect your purchases.
  • Our staff will assist you and answer any questions you may have.
  • Please have your order confirmation and identification document with you for product retrieval.

Dear customers!

We strive to ensure that your purchases at our store bring you complete satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the purchased item, we are ready to assist you with the return and exchange process.

Here are our return and exchange conditions:

  1. Return Period: You can return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  2. Condition of the Item: The item must be in its original packaging. All labels and tags must be in their original condition. The item should not show signs of use or damage.
  3. Refund Process: When returning a product that meets all standards and requirements specified by us, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return. Money will be refunded to your account within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  4. Item Exchange: If you want to exchange the item for a similar or different one, please contact our customer service department.
  5. Return Costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of factory defects or incorrect deliveries.
