How to Order Company Logo Souvenirs:
Initial Contact:
Submit a request on our website under the "Contact Us" section or by reaching out directly via phone or email.
Payment Arrangement:
We can arrange payment in cash or issue an invoice.
Artwork Preparation:
Your logo needs to be in vector format PNG for printing. If you don't have this format, we can assist, but there's an additional cost for graphic designer services - 20 euros.
Revision:
We produce the first sample and send a photo for approval or make necessary adjustments to satisfy even the most experienced perfectionist.
Production:
Depending on the project's scale, production can take from 1 to 5 working days.
Delivery:
We offer delivery according to our shipping policy. You can receive your order via courier service, opt for self-pickup, or we can deliver to your address if you're located in Prague.
